Wednesday Morning Wellness

9:00 am | Coffee & Conversation (Bistro): A relaxed cup of coffee and easy conversation to start the morning.

9:30 am | Walking Group (Lobby): A casual group walk around the building, all paces welcome.

10:00 am | Standing Balance (Wellness Studio): A gentle standing class focused on balance and strength.

10:30 am | Worship Service (Chapel): An open worship service for anyone who’d like to attend.

Wednesday Mid-Day Experience

11:30 am | Guided Community Tour: A walk-through of our community for anyone curious what life here looks like.

12:00 pm | Chef-Prepared Lunch* (Dining Room): A sit-down meal made fresh by our Culinary Team (*RSVP required).

1:30 pm | Rosary (Chapel): A quiet time of prayer tailored to our Catholic residents, held by the SSND.

Wednesday Afternoon Feature

2:00 pm | Stitch & “Chat” (Bistro): Bring your own project and stitch alongside our residents.

4:00 pm | Bean Bag League (Wellness Studio): Our residents run their own league, so come cheer them on or join them!
