Paid Time Off
Benedictine recognizes that time away from work is essential in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Benedictine provides paid time off (PTO) from work to full and part-time permanent associates to compensate for absences, and PTO begins accruing on your first day of employment.
Cash-Out Program
Benedictine offers a voluntary cash-out option of earned PTO. Benedictine allows associates to contribute PTO to the Benedictine Foundation or a community foundation of their choice.

Our Educational Assistance
