A Reputation You Can Trust

Benedictine Living Community-Ellendale’s is ranked as the top skilled nursing care provider in the state of North Dakota and a recognized leader in behavioral health. We have consistently earned the highest rating possible — 5 stars — from the national Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. It has been named a US News & World Report “Best Nursing Home.”

Benedictine Ellendale achieved a “deficiency free” health inspection survey in December 2023, the best possible rating. A “Deficiency Free” survey means a senior care community meets or exceeds all federal and state regulations in the areas of resident care, services provided, staffing regulations and overall environment. It indicates that our community is highly dedicated to providing the very best care, services and outcomes for the residents we serve.

We were recently recognized as a 2024 recipient of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living for our commitment to improving the lives of residents through quality care.
