Hear Our Stories
View All StoriesThe staff is wonderful, and you can get to feel like personal friends. My husband and I have both used the therapy service here, and it’s excellent. It’s well known, and every therapist that we have had has been wonderful. One of the reasons we’re glad we’re here is the chapel and the chapel services, and the organ. Occasionally, we have an organ concert and that just does my heart good.
Sara Beth Resident
My mother has been at Benedictine Rochester Towers going on five years. She started in independent living and meanwhile we’ve had to move her into assisted living. And we’ve been really pleased with all the support and all the assistance that we’ve had making all these big decisions. The staff has been so helpful and friendly and everybody knows her. I would definitely recommend Benedictine Madonna…
Marya Family
What drew me to senior living as one of my first jobs was as a personal care assistant, it was such a joy and a pleasure to be able to serve residents and seniors. I was drawn to Benedictine because of its core values, as a nonprofit organization, as a faith-based organization. Benedictine is a very strong organization in the senior living industry. I feel very blessed to work here, and I would definitely…

The thing I look forward to most in the day is probably conversing with the residents. Whether it’s medical or not but just seeing them and making their lives better, if I can. I would recommend a job at Benedictine because it’s rewarding, it’s a good place to work, they appreciate their employees, and the residents and families are wonderful.

This is like taking care of family. After a certain amount of time you get to know residents and their families. And it just full of rewards. I would absolutely recommend Benedictine as a place to work.
