Benedictine Communities with highest associate engagement survey results recognized

Associate engagement is the emotional commitment staff have to Benedictine and its success. Those associates who are engaged take pride in their work, are more productive, more connected to the Benedictine Mission and Core Values which contributes to resident well-being.
The top three Benedictine assisted living communities and the top three skilled nursing communities with the highest engagement scores in the recent Associate Engagement Survey were recognized at the Benedictine Annual Conference in Duluth. Benedictine President/CEO Jerry Carley presented the Awards to the leadership of each community.
The three highest scoring assisted living communities were: Benedictine Living Community-Ada Mission Court (MN) with the highest engagement score of 95; Benedictine Living Community-Wahpeton Siena Court (ND), with an engagement score of 92; and Benedictine Living Community-LaMoure Rosewood Court (ND), an engagement score of 90.
The three highest scoring skilled nursing communities were: Benedictine Living Community-Garrison (ND) with the highest engagement score of 86; and tied for second place with an engagement score of 85 were Cerenity Senior Care-Marian of Saint Paul (MN) and Benedictine Living Community-Bismarck (ND).
