Patricia Nott, Senior Vice President, People Development Announces Retirement

Patricia Nott, senior vice president for people development at Benedictine plans to retire from her position on May 31, 2021.

During her time at Benedictine, Patricia has had many accomplishments and contributions. They include a focus on a department re-design to be more current and responsive, a complete revision of the associate welfare benefits package, implementation of a streamlined and efficient online benefits enrollment process, the creation of and implementation of international RN recruitment program, the development and evolution of the education department to an organizational learning department establishing new training standards across Benedictine, leadership of the fall Annual Conference, the revision of all human resource policies and the publication of the first comprehensive, organization-wide Benedictine Associate Handbook, the streamlining of benefits administration for all communities, the development and implementation of a centralized recruitment program and more.

Benedictine will begin an executive search for a new leader for its people development department in the upcoming weeks.
