As part of its commitment to compliance, Benedictine maintains a hotline to enable individuals to report concerns about conduct that is illegal or unethical or that violates the Benedictine Standards of Conduct. The hotline may be used to report concerns related to sexual harassment, fraud, financial irregularities, theft or security concerns, alcohol or drug use in the workplace, improper conflicts of interest, resident mistreatment or privacy violations, discriminatory or abusive behavior, and similar misconduct. Benedictine strictly prohibits any form of retaliation for good faith reporting of compliance concerns.

Compliance concerns may also be reported:
• To a supervisor, manager, administrator, or Executive Director;
• Directly to Benedictine Legal/Compliance personnel.
