Kevin Rymanowski serves Benedictine as chief financial officer and is responsible for all financial operations of the organization. Before being named CFO, Rymanowski held the position of director, budget/financial analysis, where he was responsible for, among other things, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, facilitating the annual budgetary process, and evaluating the feasibility of new projects.

Prior to joining Benedictine in 2000, Rymanowski served as principal with Larson, Allen, Weishair & Co., LLP (now CliftonLarsonAllen). Rymanowski is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and LeadingAge of Minnesota. He has presented and consulted on a number of health care financial topics both nationally and regionally for industry groups. Rymanowski is a member and past board chair of Homeward Bound, Inc., Plymouth, Minn., and also member and treasurer of CareChoice.

For his years of commitment to Care Providers of Minnesota, to the long-term care profession and the individuals served, Rymanowski received the Care Providers of Minnesota’s 2017 Chairperson’s Choice Award.

In 2022, Rymanowski was recognized as CFO of the Year by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

A graduate of the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minn., Rymanowski is a Certified Public Accountant.
