Jill Hackenmueller
Senior Vice President, People Development
Jill Hackenmueller serves as senior vice president, people development, where she is responsible for building on current people development strategies to advance the Mission and support the work of Benedictine associates. In her role, Hackenmueller has oversight of the development of our associates and the structures, processes and practices that directly relate to their work. Hackenmueller provides leadership for Benedictine’s human resource functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, learning and development, people operations, compliance, and policy.
Hackenmueller comes to Benedictine with more than 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of strategic human resources. Her prior experience includes leading people development for a senior care home and community-based services company and a major architectural design and engineering firm. She also served as the chief operations officer for a non-profit fundraising company and business process outsourcing firm. Past positions include Chief People Officer at LifeSpark, Chief Talent Officer and Executive Vice President at Nelson Worldwide Design Architecture, Engineering, Chief Operating Officer at Strategic Fundraising, and Allorica, Inc.

Hackenmueller has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota in business administration and management and holds certifications in Discovery Insights Team Effectiveness and Learning Journeys Leadership Coaching.
