Jill Hackenmueller appointed new senior vice president, people development
Jill Hackenmueller has been appointed as senior vice president, people development, effective April 8.
In her new role, Hackenmueller will be responsible for building on current people development strategies to advance the Mission and support the work of Benedictine associates. As senior vice president, people development, Hackenmueller will have oversight of the development of our associates and the structures, processes and practices that directly relate to their work.
Guided by the Mission and Core Values, she will provide leadership and accountability for Benedictine’s human resource functions including compensation, benefits, associate engagement learning and development, labor relations, performance management, recruitment and onboarding, organizational development, policy and procedure, regulatory compliance and worker’s compensation.
Hackenmueller has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota in business administration and management. “I am thrilled to join Benedictine and look forward to bringing new perspectives to deepen Benedictine’s already strong commitments to employee well-being and engagement.”
