Beverly Kadrmas honored as 2024 Benedictine Board Member of the Year
Benedictine honored Beverly Kadrmas, Dickinson, ND, with the 2024 Board Member of the Year Award at its Annual Conference in Duluth.
The Benedictine Board Member of the Year Award recognizes an individual currently serving on a Benedictine Board who demonstrates exceptional leadership and brings the Mission and Core Values to live in extraordinary ways.
Kadrmas was honored for her unwavering dedication, strategic vision and exemplary leadership on the Benedictine Foundation – Dickinson Board, a role she has served since 2017. Kadrmas’ commitment, strategic vision, and community engagement have significantly advanced the Mission and improved the lives of those served in Dickinson.
Kadrmas’ tireless efforts have had a profound impact on Benedictine Living Community-Dickinson as she works to engage the community in supporting campus, to pursue community giving opportunities, to recruit new board members, to identify new supporters and to raise thousands of dollars.
Generous with her time and talents, Kadrmas is actively involved in the broader community. She currently serves as a member of the ND Petroleum Council, ND Pottery Collector’s Society, and Women Empowering Women; and as a director of the ND Oil Pac.
“Benedictine Dickinson is truly blessed by Bev’s connection and commitment,” said one award judge. “Her personal connection with her mother’s service in the kitchen and understanding what it takes to deliver service to the residents makes her involvement in the kitchen renovation so practical and meaningful. She is truly deserving of this recognition.”
