April is National Healthcare Decisions Month and in this informative webinar, we will discuss the advantages of creating or updating your Advance Care Directive (Living Will). Learn how to address your values and beliefs about medical care should become ill or unable to speak for yourself. Also learn how to choose and start the conversation with your designated Health Care Advocate.
