Dear Friends, Family, Ambassadors of Benedictine Living Community – Crookston,

Roses are red, violets are blue, sugar is sweet, and so are you!

This is a friendly valentine reminder that Benedictine Living Community – Crookston will be participating in Giving Hearts Day on February 10, 2022. We invite you to join in supporting the needs of our residents and tenants.

For the residents in skilled and memory care, you would be providing new beds/ mattresses. Each bed/mattress combo costs $1,650. What a blessing it would be if we could raise enough money to purchase all 83 of the beds needed!

And for the tenants in assisted living, you would be providing then new mailboxes. The current mailboxes have been opening and closing for almost 30 years. They are tired, worn out and unhinged.

WAYS TO GET INVOLVED!

• On or before February 8, go to [schedule a gift today], at org. Search for Villa St. Vincent/The Summit or Benedictine Living Community – Crookston and check [schedule this gift] in your cart review. Your gift will then be processed on Giving Hearts Day.
• Mail to, or drop off, a check at Benedictine Living Community – Crookston, dated February 10 and note “Giving Hearts Day” in the memo line.
• On February 10, visit org. Search for Villa St. Vincent/ Benedictine Living Community – Crookston and give online to Villa St. Vincent/The Summit Foundation.
• On February 10, you can use this QR code with your cell phone and you’ll be brought directly to the org site where you can make your donation.

Last year, we raised over $45,000 to support our resident and tenants — thank you! We couldn’t have done it without your kind and generous support!

Our residents and tenants are our VIP’s and we know they are yours, too. Won’t you be their valentine hero, champion, all-star by supporting these greatest needs?

P.S. Because of the surging Covid rates, and because it could be mighty cold on February 10, we invite you to use our donor funded drive-through garage on the “Villa side”. Just pull up to the overhead door (it will automatically open) and drive in. How easy will that be? To sit in the comfort and convenience of your car, and be served a yummy doughnut and coffee/cider by one of our dedicated and committed foundation board members.
